Build your business with the right women around you.

SustainHer is a practical community for women in business who want genuine connection, clearer thinking and the support to keep moving what matters.

Adelaide Hills + Barossa | In-person and online support

Building a business can become lonely at the decision-making end.

You may be capable, connected and surrounded by people while still carrying most of the decisions, priorities and responsibility yourself. The difficult part is often finding relevant perspective from women who understand the work and can help you see what matters now.

Too many decisions to carry alone
Important choices stay in your head longer when there is no trusted place to think them through.
Plenty of information, little useful perspective
More advice does not always help. Sometimes you need the right question from someone who understands the context.
Connection that does not always lead to movement
You can meet many people without finding the relationships that help an important decision become a practical next step.

A simple rhythm for moving forward.

Start where you are.

You do not need every part of SustainHer. Choose the level of support that fits what you need now.

Choose the support that matches what you need now.

Women in business sharing conversation at a SustainHer Connect gathering in the Adelaide Hills.

When everything urgent keeps winning, the important work waits.

Another month can disappear into client delivery while a useful decision stays unresolved, an important relationship remains unexplored or the same internal task moves into another week.

The right room gives you somewhere to pause, decide what matters and return to the work with a practical next step.

What changes when you have the right room around you?

The value becomes visible in the decisions you make, the work you finish and the relationships you can draw on.

You know which priority needs your attention rather than carrying ten competing ones.

You have women you can call when a business decision needs another perspective.

You finish work that keeps slipping behind client delivery, become known through genuine relationships and leave important conversations with a clearer next step.

Why SustainHer exists

SustainHer was created from an understanding of what happens when capable women carry strong ideas, real responsibilities and too few useful places to think with people who understand the work.

I created SustainHer to give women in business a room where they can bring the real question, hear a relevant perspective and decide what deserves their attention next.

My role is to shape and facilitate that environment, ask useful questions and help the issue beneath the issue become clearer.

What women notice when they have the right room around them.

Real progress often begins with a clearer decision, a useful question and people who help you keep the work visible.

It drives me forward. It holds me accountable. The way you package things makes sense to me. If I did not have this space where I could talk and you give me a clearer picture, I would be in the same place I was six months ago, maybe a year ago.

I am really enjoying the accountability and the questions that you ask that I normally would not think to ask myself. Being able to be encouraged, because I am notoriously hard on myself, I find that really, really good.
