SustainHer Growth Collective

Turn clear priorities into consistent progress.

You can know exactly what matters and still watch it get pushed aside by client work, urgent requests, family responsibilities and the realities of running a business.

Growth Collective gives women operating real businesses a structured rhythm for turning the work they have already decided matters into consistent action.

It combines weekly reflection, practical accountability, trusted peer support and a repeating 90-day planning cycle so progress relies less on starting over and more on steady follow-through.

The problem is often the gap
between the plan and the week.

You may already have the strategy. You may know which offer needs to launch, which client work needs to be completed, which system needs to be fixed or which business-development activity needs to happen.

Then the week begins.

If you are tired of carrying the same important task into another Monday, this is the friction Growth Collective is designed to address.

The urgent work crowds the important work.

A commitment stays vague and keeps rolling forward.

A difficult task gets delayed because no one else knows you said you would do it.

A disrupted week becomes a full reset instead of an adjustment.

Growth Collective creates a repeatable place to notice that friction early, make a clear commitment and keep moving while respecting the realities of changing capacity.

This is for women with real work to move.

Growth Collective is designed for women who:

  • are already operating a real business or substantial body of work;
  • have clients, offers or revenue;
  • can name a meaningful priority for the next 90 days;
  • want a weekly rhythm that keeps that priority visible;
  • are willing to report progress honestly, including when a commitment needs to change;
  • value thoughtful challenge, practical support and the perspective of other capable women;
  • want accountability that strengthens ownership and capability.

SustainHer Connect is the better starting point when perspective and relationships are the immediate need.

A quarter gives the work enough structure to become visible.

Clarity → Accountability → Consistency → Trust

Quarterly clarity

At the beginning of each 90-day cycle, you identify the priorities that deserve to lead the quarter and make the trade-offs required to protect them.

Weekly Reflection Room

Each week begins with a 30-minute facilitated Reflection Room. You review what happened, name the friction, choose the next commitment and leave knowing what you are responsible for.

Later-week check-in

When a later-week check-in would genuinely help, a simple prompt brings the commitment back into view while there is still time to act, adjust or make a conscious decision about what changes.

Review and reset

Progress is reviewed as evidence. Completed work matters. Deliberate adjustments matter. Learning matters. At the end of the cycle, a 90-minute Momentum Reset uses what happened to shape the next 90 days more intelligently.

Growth Collective uses repeating 90-day cycles, but membership is month-to-month. Women can join directly and do not need to wait for a new quarter.

Accountability should make ownership clearer.

Growth Collective treats accountability as a practical relationship around responsibility, support, follow-through and learning.

The group and facilitator help you hear your own commitment clearly, notice patterns, ask better questions and keep the work connected to the priority you chose.

01 Review
What moved? What stalled?

02 Prioritise
What matters most now?

03 Commit
What will you complete before we meet again?

The aim is increasing capability. Over time, you become better at making clear commitments, anticipating friction, adjusting deliberately and following through without handing responsibility for the work to someone else.

Progress becomes easier to see
and easier to learn from.

Success is broader than a perfect completion rate.

A commitment may be completed, consciously adjusted or deliberately released. The important thing is that the decision is visible, owned and connected to what matters.

  • You begin the week with fewer vague intentions.
  • Your quarterly priorities remain connected to what you do each week.
  • Recurring friction becomes easier to name.
  • Decisions are adjusted consciously rather than disappearing into the week.
  • Follow-through becomes evidence you can build on.
  • You become more confident in what you can realistically commit to within your actual capacity.

Choose the pathway that matches the job.

Each pathway stands on its own. Your next step is determined by the friction you are trying to solve.

Growth Collective

Choose Growth Collective when your priority is already clear and you need an ongoing weekly accountability rhythm to keep it visible and moving.

What members notice when the rhythm starts working.

The strongest proof is not a perfect week. It is clearer commitments, useful recovery when plans change and visible evidence that important work is moving.

Movement

“It drives me forward. It holds me accountable. The way you package things makes sense to me... If I didn't have this space where I could talk and you give me a clearer picture, I would be in the same place I was six months ago, maybe a year ago.”

— Emily Varughese, Growth Collective member

Accountability and better questions

“I'm really enjoying the accountability and the questions that you ask that I normally wouldn't think of to ask myself... being able to be encouraged... because I'm notoriously hard on myself... I find that really, really good.”

— Libby Macnamara, Growth Collective member

Consistency

“That extra day in which you ask us how things are going helps as well... it keeps me on my toes... and definitely helps things moving forward.”

— Emily Varughese, Growth Collective member

Questions & Clarity

How much time does Growth Collective require?

The core rhythm is intentionally contained: a short weekly Reflection Room, a later-week check-in and a quarterly planning session. The work itself remains your business work. Growth Collective helps you decide what you will move and keep it visible.

What happens when I have a difficult week?

Bring the week you actually had. The purpose is to understand what changed, identify the real friction and make the next conscious decision. Capacity is part of the strategy.

Do I need to attend SustainHer Connect first?

No. If you already have a real business, a clear priority and a need for structured accountability, you can join Growth Collective directly.

Is this coaching?

Growth Collective is a facilitated small-group accountability experience. You receive questions, perspective, tools and support, while ownership of decisions and commitments remains with you.

How do I know if I am ready?

You are likely ready when you can name the work that needs to move, you have an operating business or substantial body of work and you are willing to report progress honestly each week.

Can I leave if the season changes?
