Thank you for your interest in joining the SustainHer Women's Network (the "Network"). By creating an account and using the Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Membership in the Network is open only to women who are 18 years of age or older. And must be female by gender.

2. Registration: To become a member, you must provide accurate and complete registration information and agree to keep it up-to-date.

3. User Conduct: You agree to use the Network only for lawful purposes and to refrain from posting any content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, hateful, illegal, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree to abide by any additional rules and guidelines posted on the Network.

4. Copyright: All content on the Network, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SustainHer Women's Network or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Network without the prior written consent of SustainHer Women's Network.

5. Termination: SustainHer Women's Network reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer: The Network is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SustainHer Women's Network does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the Network.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall SustainHer Women's Network be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Network.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australia and the State of South Australia.

9. Member Fees: You must ensure that your payments are made on time. Failure to do so will result in the revocation of access to events and sites.
