These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the SustainHer website, events, memberships, programmes, community spaces, directories, resources, communications and related services.
By using our website, purchasing a ticket, joining a membership, registering for an event, participating in a programme, accessing a community space or engaging with SustainHer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website, purchase tickets, join memberships or participate in SustainHer activities.
1. About SustainHer
SustainHer is a women-in-business community based in Australia. We provide events, membership experiences, community connection, accountability spaces, business conversations, resources and related opportunities for women in business and values-aligned partners.
SustainHer may include, but is not limited to:
- SustainHer Connect events;
- SustainHer Membership;
- Growth Collective;
- partner opportunities;
- online communities, directories or groups;
- workshops, conversations, resources, interviews and digital content;
- related events, offers or programmes introduced from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets, join memberships, participate in paid programmes or enter into agreements with SustainHer.
SustainHer is primarily designed for women in business, founders, leaders, professionals, consultants, creatives, service providers and values-aligned supporters. We reserve the right to determine whether a person, business or organisation is the right fit for a particular event, membership, programme, partnership or community space.
3. Website use
You agree to use our website and digital platforms lawfully, respectfully and only for their intended purpose.
You must not:
- misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation;
- copy, scrape, reproduce or exploit website content without permission;
- upload or submit false, misleading, harmful, offensive, unlawful or infringing material;
- attempt to access accounts, systems or information without authorisation;
- use SustainHer platforms to harass, intimidate, spam, exploit or harm others.
We may restrict or remove access to our website, community spaces, events or services if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
4. Events & 5. Tickets
SustainHer events are designed to provide facilitated connection, practical insight and thoughtful conversation. When you purchase a ticket or register for an event, you are responsible for checking the event date, time, location, inclusions, accessibility requirements and any specific event details before attending.
Ticket purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation terms stated on the relevant event page and any applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Unless otherwise stated on the event page, tickets are transferable to another eligible attendee if you notify us in writing before the event; refunds are not provided for non-attendance or change of mind.
6-9. Memberships & Payments
SustainHer may offer membership options, including annual memberships, partner memberships, monthly memberships or other access-based offers. Membership inclusions, pricing, duration, renewal terms and benefits will be described on the relevant membership page.
By joining a membership, you agree to provide accurate registration and payment information, pay all fees when due, and comply with community expectations. Annual membership fees are generally non-refundable for change of mind. For monthly memberships, including Growth Collective, one month's written notice is required to cancel.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Payments may be processed through third-party platforms. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to memberships or services until payment is resolved.
10-12. Community Standards, Directory & Confidentiality
SustainHer exists to create thoughtful, respectful and practical spaces for women in business. You agree to treat others with respect and care, participate honestly, and avoid harassment, bullying, or aggressive selling.
If you participate in a member directory, you agree not to misuse member information by scraping contact details or sending unsolicited bulk messages. We reserve the right to remove directory listings that breach our standards.
SustainHer spaces may involve personal stories and sensitive context. You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not disclose their private or commercially sensitive information without consent.
13-24. Additional Legal Terms
Photography & Media: Events may be recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree you may be photographed unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
Intellectual Property: All SustainHer content is owned by or licensed to us. You must not commercially exploit it without written permission.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity: To the extent permitted by law, SustainHer is not liable for indirect or economic loss arising from your use of our services. You agree to indemnify us against any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
